Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Include the original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Sprint Lab cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
